01 / Selected work

Building scale.
Leading the whole system.

Growth comes from connecting the pieces. Here's what that has looked like across consumer brands and enterprise portfolios.

Retail experience / Whole Foods Market

The store belongs
in the growth plan.

Whole Foods Market is a substantial part of my work with consumer brands. That includes Whole Foods Market on Amazon (WFMOA), advertising and promotions, buyer coordination, purchase orders, and in-store coordination.

I bring that experience into a broader plan that connects product availability, brand presentation, promotional timing, and the customer experience.

01

Media & promotions

WFMOA advertising and promotional planning.

02

Buyer coordination

Aligning with buyers and seasonal promotional calendars.

03

Availability & execution

Purchase orders, inventory alignment, and in-store coordination.

04

A connected brand

Consistent product information and presentation across retail and digital touchpoints.

02 / How I lead

See the system.
Own the details.

Make the priorities clear, connect the people doing the work, and ground the decisions in how the business makes money.

P&L ownership · Budget allocation
Team leadership · Agency management
Forecasting · Cross-channel execution
01

Start with the economics.

Build the P&L. Understand SKU-level margins, pricing, and how much each product can afford to spend acquiring a customer. Put the economics behind the ambition.

02

Make the brand easier to choose.

Connect SEO, GEO, product information, packaging, creative, and the retail shelf. Build consistency across physical and digital touchpoints so the product's value is clear.

03

Give the team a shared direction.

Connect creative, catalog, media, retail activity, inventory, and agency execution. Set KPIs and help the people doing the work understand the priorities and why they matter.

04

Look beyond the next click.

Bring forecasting, replenishment, Subscribe & Save, repeat purchase, and lifetime value into the plan. Evaluate business progress beyond traffic and ROAS.

03 / Point of view: the next consumer

Reach the next customer.
Think beyond the screen.

My view: reaching the next wave of consumers means thinking about the full discovery journey. A creator's recommendation, an AI answer, a grocery shelf, and a tasting table can all introduce someone to a brand.

That opens up room for analog marketing: sampling, printed product stories, thoughtful packaging, local partnerships, community touchpoints, and in-store experiences. I think about how those moments can reinforce the digital experience and make a brand easier to remember, understand, and choose.

The question I start with is simple: where can this product earn the right kind of attention—and what should happen next?

01 / GET CLOSER

Make the value tangible.

Consider how people can taste, try, see, or understand the product in a real setting. Bring the product story to life through the shelf, packaging, sampling, and physical materials.

02 / CONNECT THE MOMENTS

Carry the story across channels.

Connect in-person discovery with product pages, retailer destinations, creators, and AI-assisted discovery. Each touchpoint should strengthen the same brand story.

03 / LEARN & IMPROVE

Choose the measure early.

Define a useful next step before launching: a retailer visit, a trackable QR link, store-level sales movement, or repeat purchase. Learn what supports the business beyond clicks.
